At SwiftStack, with applications operated from the State of Texas, United States, we want you to try our Services with peace of mind. That is why we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee.
1. 14-Day Guarantee
You have fourteen (14) calendar days from your first purchase to evaluate the Service. If you are not satisfied within that period, you may request a full refund of the amount paid, without penalty.
2. Eligibility
- The request must be made within 14 calendar days of the initial payment.
- It applies to the first purchase or first subscription period of each plan.
- The refund is issued for the amount actually paid in that period.
3. Exceptions
- Renewals after the first period.
- Consulting, implementation, or custom development services already delivered.
- Accounts suspended for breach of the Terms of Service.
- Fraudulent or abusive use of the refund policy.
4. How to Request
Email swiftstack@proton.me from your account email, including: account name and email, plan purchased, purchase date, and reason (optional).
5. Processing
Once approved, the refund is processed to the original payment method. The amount may appear within approximately 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment gateway.
6. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account panel or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future charges; access remains until the end of the already-paid period.
7. Changes
We may update this Policy; the current version will be posted on this page with its date.
